This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which are covered for 1 year by their manufacturer.
After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

No. At 222 lb, 54 in long and 25 in wide, it will not fit in most car trunks. It fits in most pickup truck beds with a loading ramp. Without a pickup, the usual answer is a hitch mounted platform lift, which needs a trailer hitch and a vehicle rated for at least 500 lb of tongue weight.
Yes. The Expedition XL4 uses a wig-wag throttle lever, so either hand can drive forward and reverse with no changes. The brakes apply on their own when you let go of the lever, which feels abrupt at first but makes stopping simple.
Yes. The Expedition XL4 has a bright LED headlight for low light, a built-in USB port to charge a phone while you ride, and a phone storage pocket on the tiller.
The Expedition XL4 comes with two 12V 36Ah batteries, 22 lb each, and an off-board 5A charger. The batteries are maintenance-free and need no care until they wear out, usually after around 2 years of use. Off-board means the charger is a separate unit rather than built into the scooter.
An occasional shower or puddle is fine, but avoid planned trips in the rain and do not ride in snow or on ice. Cold weather is safe to ride in but wears the batteries faster. Very strong wind can tip a scooter, so wait it out.
Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare or bill private insurance directly, so this is a private purchase. As a general rule, Medicare Part B pays for a scooter only when it is medically necessary, ordered by a treating provider after a face to face exam, needed in the home, and supplied by a Medicare enrolled supplier.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
