For products with a listed price on our website, we guarantee to match or offer a lower price than what you find advertised online, subject to compliance with the manufacturer’s minimum advertised pricing policy. This does not apply to items marked as “call for quote” or similar terms where a price is not displayed.
Free Shipping
All shipping for all products on our site is free of charge
We believe when paying for an item like a heavy duty mobility scooter, shipping should be free. We also offer White Glove Shipping as an optional service if necessary. Though White Glove Delivery isn’t cheap, we charge our customers what it costs us and don’t make any profit on this.
Excellent & Personal Customer Service
We are here for you every step of your journey
From selecting the appropriate product, to answering all of your questions, we are here by phone and chat. No question is trivial and in the event where we do not know the answer to your question, we contact the manufacturer on your behalf, pre-sale, to make sure you are absolutely satisfied and all questions are answered properly. We are here to help if there are issues with the shipment or any issues with your scooter.
We will work with you over the phone or send out a technician to address your concern, depending on your scooter type and its associated warranty.
Relationships
Heavy Duty Mobility enjoys excellent relations with the manufacturer of its products.
This is an advantage to our customers, as manufacturers are often involved with the warranty process and answering technical questions.
Financing - spread the cost of your purchase
If you can’t afford the cost of a high end mobility scooter upfront, but still have your eyes set on a model you really like, we offer financing options that allow you to spread the cost of your mobility scooter over several months or years.

Testimonials
Rafael and the staff at Heavy Duty Mobility Were awesome.Answered my phone calls rights away, price matched to lowest I found, honest advice and great products. After the horrible treatment we got from a competitor selling these mobility scooters, this was a breath of fresh air! Thanks to all and I look forward to using the scooter.
Love this Shoprider Enduro! So perfect for a scooter that can work indoors but strong enough for the bumpy outdoors.. It doesn't in the trunk of my car so I might need to get a car lift but not yet. These aren't cheap but are worth the freedom they give you. Was a no-brainer for me.
I'm really happy with my new silverado scooter! Thank you for the wonderful buying experience and I know it's true when you say the team is here for you for all kinds of assistance!
My experience with Heavy Duty Mobility was very pleasant. I got an Afiscooter C for myself and an S model for my husband who loves the extra power. My sister will be getting one of these too in the next few weeks (I think she was jealous watching us ride around)!

The fastest a mobility scooter can legally go varies by state and locality but usually caps out at 18 mph. We are happy to research your locality for the top legal speed.
Simply contact us and we will help you identify the top speed in your area.
This speed limit is in place to ensure the safety of both the user and those around them when the scooter is used in public areas and shared spaces. When you’re on sidewalks, you need to go slower than the top speed. Always check and adhere to the local regulations as they may vary by location.
A mobility scooter is also known as a power scooter, motorized scooter, wheelchair scooter or electric scooter. Other names include adult scooter, scooter for the elderly mobile scooter or scooter chair.
These vehicles are built to help people who have difficulty walking or cannot use a manual wheelchair, offering them more independence and the ability to move around more easily.
Some other terms used to refer to mobility scooters might be considered offensive such as handicap scooter, disabled scooter or disability scooter. It’s best to avoid using offensive terms if the subject you are using the term about is particular about this.
A 4-wheel mobility scooter is generally safer than a 3 wheel scooter because 4 wheels gives you extra stability and makes the scooter less likely to tip over.
Four wheels offer more stability, especially for individuals who have balance issues. However, a 3-wheel mobility scooter has a tighter turning radius, making it more maneuverable in tight spaces, despite the fact that it may be less stable than the 4-wheel option.
The fastest mobility scooter is the Q Runner Enclosed Cabin Scooter, which can go up to 18 miles per hour.
It has a strong motor that helps it go smoothly over different types of ground and up hills. This makes it a great choice for people who want a scooter that moves quickly and comfortably.
A mobility scooter can last up to five years or more with proper care. Superior brands like Afiscooter models have been known to last over 15 years.
If you use your mobility scooter every single day, you might have to replace it a bit earlier. Just like cars, which can go for about eight years or 200,000 miles, how long your scooter lasts depends on how much you use it and how well you look after it. And just like cars, a better brand will last far longer than a cheap, Chinese model.
Yes, you can use a mobility scooter if you’re not disabled, but you might not have the same rights as disabled people relating to how and where you can use it.
Mobility scooters are often linked with people who have trouble moving around because of health problems. But they are helpful for anyone needing assistance with moving around, regardless of whether they have a mobility impairment or not. They are designed to make getting from place to place easier for anyone who finds walking difficult or tiring.
On the other hand, certain laws pertain to mobility scooter users who are disabled, such as the requirement for supermarkets and airlines to accommodate their disability device. If you are not legally considered mobility impaired, you may not be eligible to have your mobility scooter accommodated in the same way a disabled person is.
