The Echo+ is rated for up to 250 lb, and that rating covers the rider plus anything in the front basket. The swivel seat turns sideways so you can sit down and stand up without stepping over the scooter, and the curved tiller leaves extra legroom. Do not ride over the rated weight.

Yes. The Echo+ uses a wig-wag throttle lever on the T-bar tiller, so either hand can drive forward and reverse with no changes. The brakes apply on their own when you let go of the lever, which feels abrupt at first but makes stopping simple.
Only small ones. The Echo+ is rated for a 6 degree slope (a 10 percent grade) and has 1.5 in of ground clearance, solid flat-free 8 in tires and limited suspension. It handles small bumps and gentle ramps. Keep to paved paths and indoor floors, and climb straight up a slope rather than across it.
Yes, when it is used within its limits. As a general rule a 3-wheel scooter turns more tightly, while a 4-wheel scooter is steadier on slopes and uneven ground. The Echo+ suits smooth surfaces and gentle ramps up to its 6 degree rating.
The Echo+ comes with two 12V 10Ah batteries in a quick-connect pack, about 240 Wh in total, plus an off-board 2A charger. The pack lifts out so you can charge it away from the scooter. The batteries are maintenance-free and usually wear out after around 2 years of use.
An occasional shower or puddle is fine, but avoid planned trips in the rain and do not ride in snow or on ice. Cold weather is safe to ride in but wears the batteries faster. Very strong wind can tip a scooter, so wait it out.
Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare or bill private insurance directly, so this is a private purchase. As a general rule, Medicare Part B pays for a scooter only when it is medically necessary, ordered by a treating provider after a face to face exam, needed in the home, and supplied by a Medicare enrolled supplier.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
