After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

A hardtop canopy and windshield cover you from sun and rain from above, and soft rain sides close in the sides against wind and wet weather. The rain sides are removable for warm days. The scooter is not meant for snow and ice, and in very strong wind the canopy can catch the air like a sail, so stay in on stormy days.
With the canopy fitted it stands 65 in tall, compared with 49 in without it. It is 65 in long and 27 in wide on standard wheels. Measure your garage door, shed or storage spot for the full canopy height before you buy. It needs about 90 in of space to make a full U-turn.
The standard model goes up to 31 miles, and the spec sheet gives 28 to 37 miles depending on the battery upgrade. It runs on two maintenance-free 12 V batteries of up to 105Ah with an 8 amp charger. The canopy, heavy loads, hills and cold weather all cut into range.
The standard model reaches 9.3 mph, and the speed range across upgrades is 6.2 to 11 mph with the speed upgrade. A 1,400 W rear-wheel drive motor powers it. A half speed mode slows it down for stores, crowds or while you get used to driving it.
Yes. It has dual suspension, four pneumatic all-terrain tires, 12 in at the front and 16.8 in at the rear, and 5 in of ground clearance. It is rated for an 11 degree (20 percent) incline. Drive straight up and down slopes rather than across them, especially with the canopy fitted.
Yes. It brakes on its own the moment you let go of the throttle, so one hand can accelerate, steer and stop. The throttle lever can go on the right or the left, and a left speed lever is a listed option. An emergency handbrake lever is there as a backup.
It will not fit in most car trunks. The spec sheet lists 342 lb with batteries, plus 33 lb for the canopy. It fits most pickup beds with a ramp. A platform lift on a trailer hitch is the other option, and it needs a vehicle rated for a tongue weight of at least 500 lb, so sedans and hatchbacks will not work.
It comes with the hardtop canopy, windshield and rain sides, batteries installed, a charger, two rearview mirrors, turn signals, a horn, an LED headlight and dash, a swivel seat with adjustable backrest, an adjustable tiller and lockable rear storage. The single seat S4 weighs 342 lb with batteries and the double seat version 364 lb, according to the Afikim spec sheet. The hardtop canopy adds 33 lb and wide golf tires add 26 lb, so a single seat canopy model is about 375 lb before the rain sides.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
