How long from the time of order until I get my items?
This item can ship out as soon as the same business day the order is placed. Once shipped out, you can expect a transit time 4-5 business days.Please note these are indicative times and can vary based on how far you are from the supplier warehouse and the volume of orders being received. Especially since Covid, which made the truck driver shortage issue even worse than it was, your shipment might be delayed. If this happens, please call us 1-888-233-5563, or the number of the shipping company we provide you with so you can get an update on your shipping status.
What happens if my order for an Versahaul Carrier is damaged?

Auto Fold
I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
