The Pioneer 9 Scooter is issued a limited lifetime warranty on the frame of the scooter and a 12-month warranty on electrical components. The warranty begins immediately following purchase.
As an upgrade, we offer in-home warranties, where a technician will come to your home to repair your device. You can see these options in the "Options & Upgrades" section. This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which have a different warranty policy.

Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare or bill insurance, so this is a private purchase.
