This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which are covered for 1 year by their manufacturer.
After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

Yes. The Dasher 4 breaks down into three pieces, and the heaviest piece weighs 33 lb. The whole scooter weighs 94 lb, with 22 lb of that in the batteries. Taken apart it fits in most car trunks. Check that whoever loads it can lift 33 lb to trunk height.
The spec table rates the Dasher 4 for riders up to 300 lb, and that rating covers everything on the scooter, including bags. The seat is an 18 in wide swivel seat with armrests. Do not ride over the rated weight.

Yes, that is where it works best. The Dasher 4 is 22 in wide and turns in a 37 in radius, and the curved tiller leaves extra knee room. That helps in store aisles, hallways and small apartments.
The Dasher 4 comes with its batteries and an off-board 2A charger. The batteries are a 12V 12Ah maintenance-free set that needs no care until it wears out, usually after around 2 years of use. Off-board means the charger is a separate unit rather than built into the scooter.
Yes, an occasional shower or puddle is fine, but avoid planned trips in the rain and do not ride in snow or on ice. Cold weather is safe to ride in but wears the batteries faster. Very strong wind can tip a scooter, so wait it out.
Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare or bill private insurance directly, so this is a private purchase. As a general rule, Medicare Part B pays for a scooter only when it is medically necessary, ordered by a treating provider after a face to face exam, needed in the home, and supplied by a Medicare enrolled supplier.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
