If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

The Flagship is a battery powered 4-wheel mobility scooter with a fully enclosed cabin. It has a canopy with key locking doors, a windshield wiper and washer, a full lighting system and full suspension, driven by a 2 hp motor on a 24 volt system. It is a mobility scooter, not a car.
The Flagship has a top speed of 7 mph. A slow speed mode keeps it gentle in stores, parking lots and crowded places, and the automatic electromagnetic brake engages when you let go of the throttle.
The Flagship is listed at up to 31 miles per charge. Shoprider measures range with a 90 kg (about 198 lb) rider after the batteries and moving parts are broken in, so heavier riders, hills, cold weather and steady top speed riding will see less.
Yes, that is its purpose. The canopy enclosure, windshield wiper with washer and closed doors protect you from rain and wind, and in summer the doors come off for air. Cold weather wears the batteries faster. Avoid snow and ice, and do not ride in very strong wind, because the cabin can act like a sail and tip the scooter.
The Flagship is rated for riders up to 350 lb. It has a double cushion comfort seat that rotates and locks for getting in and out, an adjustable steering tiller, and a lockable hard shell storage box on a steel rack behind the cabin that keeps groceries dry. Do not ride over the rated weight.
Yes. The Flagship is rated for a 12 degree slope (a 21 percent grade), with rear wheel drive, 12.5 in wheels and suspension. Climb straight up a hill rather than across it.
The Flagship measures 63 in long, 29 in wide and 64 in tall, and weighs 328 lb with batteries, basket and seat. It turns in a 70 in radius. It will not fit in a car trunk. It fits in most pickup truck beds with a ramp, or on a hitch mounted platform lift on a vehicle rated for at least 500 lb of tongue weight.
Yes. The Flagship uses a wig-wag throttle lever on a delta handlebar, so either hand can drive forward and reverse with no changes. The brakes apply on their own when you let go of the lever, which feels abrupt at first but makes stopping simple.
The Flagship runs on two 12V battery modules, offered in 36Ah, 50Ah or 75Ah sizes. Each 75Ah module weighs 57 lb. It uses a 24V off-board charger rated 3, 4 or 8 amps. The batteries are maintenance-free and usually wear out after around 2 years of use.
It is a mobility scooter, not a licensed vehicle. Rules for roads, bike lanes and sidewalks vary by state and city, so check with your DMV before riding on a road. Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare or bill insurance directly, and Medicare generally does not pay for heavy duty class scooters.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
