The Pony Express 2100 is the first motorized liquid gas cylinder cart with automated loading and unloading. Built by Electro Kinetic Technologies, it picks up a large liquid cylinder, often called a dewar, and sets it back down without the operator lifting, tipping or steadying the load by hand. That removes the back strain of moving cylinders and the finger and hand injuries that happen when a heavy cylinder is levered onto a manual cart.
The patent pending drive system moves cylinders up to 850 lb on flat, inclined and rough surfaces at walking pace. The ergonomic cart maneuvers in tight spaces, so it threads through storerooms, elevators and corridors, and the built in braking prevents loss of control on sloped surfaces.
Safety is engineered in at every level. Regenerative dynamic braking brings the cart to a controlled stop at any speed, an electro mechanical parking brake locks it when parked, and a horn and emergency stop button sit at the operator station. Automatic sleep mode conserves the battery between deliveries, and the on board UL and CSA listed smart charger runs on any 100 to 240 VAC outlet. A charge covers up to 10 miles of operation.
Hospitals use the 2100 to deliver liquid oxygen, labs and fill plants move nitrogen and argon dewars, and manufacturers run it wherever large liquid cylinders travel. Like every Pony Express cart it is designed and manufactured in the USA with a heavy duty welded, powder coat painted frame and a 2 year warranty on the frame and drive system. The variable speed drive runs from 0 to 3 mph. Walking pace control keeps a loaded dewar steady through tight hallways, and regenerative dynamic braking ensures a controlled stop at any speed.
The cart covers up to 10 miles of operation between charges. The on board UL and CSA listed smart charger accepts 100 to 240 VAC, so it tops off from any standard outlet, and automatic sleep mode conserves power between deliveries.
It carries one large liquid gas cylinder up to 20 in in diameter, 57 to 69 in tall and 850 lb. Hospitals, labs, fill plants and manufacturers use it for liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other cryogenic and industrial gases.
The 2010 is the compact cart that takes a single dewar or up to four K size high pressure cylinders and the operator loads it by hand. The 2100 is built for the large liquid cylinders only and adds automated loading and unloading, so the cart itself picks the dewar up and sets it down. If your team moves dewars all day, the 2100 removes the lift entirely.
The operator positions the cart at the cylinder and the cart handles the loading and unloading. Nobody tips, walks or wrestles the cylinder by hand, which is where most hand and finger injuries in gas handling happen. Call us and we will walk you through the loading sequence for your cylinder size.

Each unit ships by freight carrier on a skid from the EK Tech factory in Wisconsin. Once your order is confirmed we give you the current factory lead time with your quote, and transit typically adds three to seven business days depending on your distance. We coordinate dock delivery or liftgate service with you when the build is scheduled.
Yes. As soon as your unit ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your dock.
The Pony Express 2100 comes with a 2 year warranty on the frame and drive system. It does not cover service or transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, or outdoor storage. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. The warranty is valid for the original buyer with a sales receipt, and any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
