Standard racks hold the small medical gas cylinders used in hospitals, clinics and labs. Each cylinder sits in its own coated slot, so nothing rattles against bare metal on the way.

The cylinder racks carry a protective coating. Cylinders never touch bare metal, the cart runs quieter in occupied corridors, and valves and finishes are spared the chips a bare rack leaves.
Pushing and pulling a loaded cylinder cart by hand is a common cause of strain injuries. The motor takes that force off the operator, and these controls keep the cart in check.
Use 0 to 1.5 mph in tight bays and 0 to 3 mph in open corridors, forward and reverse.
Deep-cycle AGM batteries and an on-board charger that plugs into any 100 to 240 V outlet. Charge it overnight.

Yes. It is rated for inclines up to 6 degrees. Regenerative braking controls the cart as it slows, and an automatic holding brake keeps it in place when it stops, so operators do not hold the loaded cart back with their bodies on a slope.
A center wheel drive system gives the cart a tight turning radius for loading dock turns and elevator banks. Width varies with rack size, so measure your narrowest doorway and tightest turn and we will confirm the fit for the rack you choose.
No. The drive tires are foam filled, never flat and non-marking, so they will not streak epoxy, polished concrete or vinyl tile corridors. The non-skid platform has curved corners and full wrap-around bumpers.
It runs quietly enough for occupied hospital corridors. The coated cylinder racks stop metal on metal contact, so cylinders do not clatter during transport. It is quiet, but not silent.
Ergonomic handle controls offer two speed ranges, 0 to 1.5 mph for slow work and 0 to 3 mph for long corridors, in forward and reverse. The handle sits 39 in high, and the cart has a horn, a key switch, an emergency stop and a battery charge indicator.
EK Tech does not list an OSHA or NFPA certification for this cart. OSHA 1910.101(b) requires in-plant handling, storage and use of compressed gas cylinders to follow CGA Pamphlet P-1, and your facility safety officer and fire code set the local rules. The cart carries cylinders in coated racks on a powder coated welded steel frame built in the USA.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.
