Each unit ships by freight carrier on a skid from the EK Tech factory in Wisconsin. Once your order is confirmed we give you the current factory lead time with your quote, and transit typically adds three to seven business days depending on your distance. We coordinate dock delivery or liftgate service with you when the build is scheduled.
Yes. As soon as your unit ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your dock.
The EK Tech motorized crash cart carries the Electro Kinetic Technologies limited warranty on the frame and drive system, with the exact term confirmed on your quote. It does not cover service or transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, or outdoor storage. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. The warranty is valid for the original buyer with a sales receipt, and any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
