The Pony Express MGC-M32C moves up to 32 M7, M9, C, D, and E medical gas cylinders on a plasticized coated steel rack with one operator. Center-wheel electric drive carries a 2,000 lb payload up to 10 miles per charge.
The EK Tech Pony Express MGC-M32C is the 32-cylinder, coated-rack version of the Electro Kinetic Technologies motorized medical gas cylinder cart. One trained operator can move up to 32 M7, M9, C, D, or E cylinders through hospital corridors, ramps, and loading docks without the sustained push and pull effort that drives musculoskeletal injuries on manual carts. The center-wheel electric drive handles a full 2,000 lb payload and travels up to 10 miles on a single charge.
The solid welded steel rack carries a plasticized protective coating that keeps cylinders from making direct metal contact, so they ride quieter, last longer, and avoid the surface damage that can flag a tank at refill inspection. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame, foam-filled never-flat tires, non-skid platform, and full wrap-around bumpers are built for daily medical-gas transport in busy healthcare settings.
Power comes from deep-cycle AGM batteries paired with an on-board UL and cUL listed 120/240 VAC smart charger, so the cart charges overnight at any standard outlet with no battery removal. Two-speed throttle control, a dead-man stop, palm-actuated emergency stop, keyed power lock, horn, and automatic holding brake keep operation safe and simple. The MGC-M32C is designed and manufactured in the USA and backed by a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor.

The Pony Express Motorized Medical Gas Cylinder Cart comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

The MGC-M32C carries up to 32 medical gas cylinders on a coated welded steel rack. It accepts M7, M9, C, D and E small format cylinders.
It is the 32 cylinder model with the plasticized protective rack coating. Other sizes hold 24, 40 or 48 cylinders, and the coating is what separates the C suffix models from the bare rack versions. The coating keeps cylinders off bare metal, so they ride quieter and avoid surface damage in transport.
It is rated for a 2,000 lb payload. The two-speed throttle runs 0 to 3 mph in fast mode and 0 to 1.5 mph in slow mode, with regenerative braking and an automatic holding brake on inclines.
The cart runs up to 10 miles per charge on deep-cycle AGM batteries. The onboard UL and cUL listed 120/240 VAC charger plugs into any standard outlet, so you can charge overnight with no battery removal.

As a general rule, OSHA 1910.101(b) requires in-plant handling, storage and use of compressed gas cylinders to follow CGA Pamphlet P-1. How cylinders are stored and secured in your building is set by your facility safety officer and local fire code, so have them review the cart and your routes before it goes into service.
That is the employer's call. OSHA rule 1910.178 covers powered industrial trucks, including tractors and motorized hand trucks, and requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. Have your safety lead decide whether it applies to this cart and set training to match.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.
