We recently purchased a power wheel chair and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The pricing was fair, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and looking forward to working together again!
Super helpful team in helping us make a decision. We needed a scooter that we could modify to carry our 2 Jack Russell’s at trials. This scooter worked out perfectly. Please let them help you. I’m sure there are bigger companies, but I felt we got such personal attention. It was an amazing experience. Delivery was just a few days. Remarkable!
Very good experience and serious. It's great to see their availability and responsiveness.
I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.
Raffeal made my experince ordering my GIO enclosed electric scooter great and kept me up with tracking date/time of delivery. He was patient and demostrated care and great customer service.
We recently had the pleasure of experiencing service that went far beyond our expectations, and we feel compelled to highlight the exceptional professionalism of Julie and Raphael, who was instrumental in making our job easy. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality and excellence.
Shout out to Raphael, sales rockstar He looked after me from my first questions all the way to getting my mobility scooter by white glove delivery inside my house, together with a crash course on using it.
I was very impressed by the shopping experience and customer service offered by heavydutymobility. com. They didn't try to put sales pressure on me and made sure that I was happy with the scooter that I was getting. They even called me after the purchased to make sure I was happy with the delivery and everything else.
My sales rep was very great at keeping me up to date on the status of my order and following up with me to make sure that my delivery experience was excellent. He even called me right after I placed the order online to review everything with me and make sure that what I ordered would work for my needs. Wonderful experience overall!!
Heavy Duty Mobility is awesome! They are very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend them 100%
Wee have worked with them many time, they are professional and timely, Al
We are so pleased with the Scoota Trailer we ordered through Heavy Duty Mobility. We dealt with Raphael who could not have be nicer and more helpful. He stayed in close contact letting me know when the manufacturer received the order, when it was complete and when it shipped. The customer service was second to none. It was obvious in all communications with Raphael that he genuinely cared that our son's needs were met with this trailer for his new powerchair. I highly recommend going through Heavy Duty Mobility when ordering equipment for yourself or your handicapped loved ones.
Excellent service ! Raphael Perlman is honest and sincere, he understands the need of the client and listens with empathy. He follows up with the client to ensure he doesn't feels forgotten or lost in the process. Highly recommended !

Heavy Duty Mobility did a fine Job matching me up with the besr mobility scooter to meet my needs. The Afikim S-3 is a high quality piece of equipment. It operates as advertised. It maintains it's speed while ascending the hills in the small town, where I live. Heavy Duty Mobility was by my side throughout the entire purchase process. Even after I took delivery of the fine S-3 scooter and needed to have questions answered about the machine. Jon Fisher Cedarville, MI
Recently purchased a mobility scooter for a family member and my experience could not have been more positive. I spoke with Raphael on the phone and via text a number of times. He was enormously knowledgeable and helpful. Scooter arrived quickly and was just as expected.
I was looking for a scooter for my mother. I researched it online and found some sites that were selling the scooter for the same price. Heavy duty mobility was willing to beat the price as they had a 5% discount. They were also. Extremely kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and what they did not know. They contacted the company to find out and got back to me the same day. They kept me in the loop with shipping and also reached out to me to confirm receipt and to make sure everything was correct and working properly. Very impressed
Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. After talking to Raphael I felt a much more comfortable about the idea of having a scooter shipped all across the country am in Seattle WA. The scooter arrived,in shipping and had a torn seat. Ops Raphael took care of the problem got me a new seat ASP negotiated with the makers of my scooter.for me. Couple months into having my scooter. I had an issue with the wheel making a noise.. Called my dealer Raphael he worked tirelessly negotiating with the maker of the Scooter to make sure the issue got fixed . Would’ve loved not to have any issues with my new scooter, but knowing Raphael was on my side, helping me anytime there was an issue to get the problem fixed was a huge blessing. Raphael Perlmann Has restored my faith in Customer service . So many companies sell your product and then they don’t care they got their money ! Not that way at heavy mobility scooters store . I have seen that this company and Raphael Perlmann cares about their customers after the sell. I will recommend to my mother and any other family member, and friend to order a scooter from Raphael Perlmann ..: His care and consideration for me and my Scooter has definitely restored my faith and Customer service . The quality of customer service I receive from him is a wonderful change from the type of customer service I get from businesses I work with and give money to every month . Other companies couldn’t learn something from this man and heavy mobility Scooter about Customer service . Thank you Raphael Perlmann For the caring you show your customers . Top shelf customer service .
Very responsive and excellent follow-up

This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. There was no pressure, just suggestions I appreciate people who don't pressure you into buying something.
I bought a mobility scooter for my upcoming vacation. I needed something to take me over grass. The staff at heavydutymobility.com were more than patient, guiding me with all my endless questions with endless patience! The scooter itself is from the Afiscooters brand, which was recommended and so far, so good.
Very pleased with the advice and help in getting a mobility scooter. I can't walk very far anymore and needed a reliable machine, not a cheaply-made one. Staff were very assistive.
I was helped by Emily in an exemplary way. They don't forget about you and offer very good support on how to use your scooter. Thanks, Emily, 5 stars!
Very helpful staff. They know their scooters. I ended up getting an Afiscooter model and am very pleased.
