It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

The 1031 carts are rated for 1,500 or 2,000 lb depending on the model. Size the cart to your heaviest loaded run, not the average one, since floor condition and slope add to the work the drive has to do.
The 35 Ah AGM battery gives about 8 hours of operation per charge and recharges in about 4 hours. The charger is built in and runs on 120 or 240 VAC, so the cart plugs into a standard outlet between shifts. A charge indicator sits on the handle.
Speed is variable from 0 to 1.5 mph on the low setting and 0 to 3 mph on the high setting. The operator sets speed in forward or reverse with a thumb wheel on the handle. Low suits doorways and crowded areas, and high suits long open runs.
Yes. Regenerative braking slows the cart and an automatic holding brake keeps it in place on an incline. An electromagnetic parking brake holds it when parked. A keyed power switch, horn and emergency stop are also on the handle.
The 1031 uses center wheel drive, which turns tighter than a front wheel drive cart in crowded aisles. Its deck sits 11.5 in off the floor, the lowest in the Pony Express platform range, which keeps loading easy.
The drive wheel is non-marking and puncture proof. Full wrap around vinyl bumpers and curved deck corners protect walls and fixtures, and the cart runs under 65 dBA.
The rated operating range is 0 to 40 C, which is 32 to 104 F. It can be charged from minus 23 to 60 C, about minus 9 to 140 F. Below freezing is outside the rated operating range, so check the temperature on any cold room route first.
It can. As a general rule, OSHA 1910.178 covers motorized hand trucks and other powered industrial trucks and requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. Whether it applies to your site is the employer's call, so check with your safety lead before the cart goes into service.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
