The Pony Express 1040 Motorized Platform Carts comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

An electric drive moves up to 1,000 lb of stock, mail or supplies across a warehouse, hotel or hospital floor, so the load is not on your team's backs.
The 1040 is rated for 1,000 lb on a usable 32 by 24 in deck. The deck sits 12 in off the floor, low enough to load by hand. Size it to your heaviest loaded run, since floor condition and slope add to the work the drive has to do.
The 35 Ah AGM battery gives about 8 hours of operation and recharges in about 4 hours. The charger is built in and plugs into any 120 or 240 VAC outlet, and a battery level indicator sits on the handle.
Speed is variable from 0 to 1.5 mph on the low setting and 0 to 3 mph on the high setting. A thumb wheel on the handle drives it forward and reverse in both ranges.
Yes. Regenerative braking slows the cart and an automatic holding brake keeps it in place on an incline. An electromagnetic parking brake holds it when parked, and a keyed power switch, horn and emergency stop are on the handle.
The drive wheel is puncture proof and non-marking, and the foam filled tires never go flat. The cart runs under 65 dBA, and wrap around bumpers protect the load and the walls.
The rated operating range is 0 to 40 C, which is 32 to 104 F. Charging is rated from minus 23 to 60 C, about minus 9 to 140 F. Below freezing is outside the operating range, so check any cold room route first.
The 1040 suits mixed loads such as supply totes, boxes and the occasional cylinder on its flat deck. For routes that are mostly cylinder rotation, Pony Express builds a dedicated cylinder cart on the same drivetrain with a rack made for M, C, D and E tanks.
It can. As a general rule, OSHA 1910.178 covers motorized hand trucks and other powered industrial trucks and requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. Whether that applies to your site is the employer's decision, so check with your safety lead before the cart goes into service.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
