The 1065 is rated to tow 5,000 lb on a flat surface. It can climb inclines up to 30 degrees, but the load it can handle on a slope is lower. Size it for your heaviest loaded cart and the steepest ramp on the route, not the average load, since floor condition and slope both cut usable capacity.
The 1065 pulls 5,000 lb, two and a half times the 2,000 lb rating of the 1062, on the same 25 by 24 in body. Its 70 Ah AGM battery is double the 1062 standard battery, and it ships only about 50 lb heavier. Choose the 1062 for lighter carts and the 1065 when loaded carts or short trains get heavy.
The 70 Ah AGM battery gives up to 8 hours of operation. The charger is built in and plugs into any 120 or 240 VAC outlet, and a full recharge takes about 4 hours. The charger carries UL, cUL and CE listings.
Speed is variable from 0 to 1.5 mph in the low setting and 0 to 3 mph in the high setting, forward and reverse. The dead man thumb wheel brings the unit to a controlled stop when the operator lets go, a belly button emergency stop protects the operator, and an electromagnetic brake parks the load on an incline.
It is rated to operate from 0 to 40 C, which is 32 to 104 F, so it is not rated for spaces below freezing. The machine carries an IP42 rating and the controller IP54 against dust and splashes. The foam filled drive tire is puncture proof and non marking, so it will not flatten or scuff finished floors.
The tugger body is 25 in long and 24 in wide, a compact footprint for a machine rated to tow 5,000 lb. It ships packed in a 48 by 40 by 60 in crate at about 400 lb, so plan for a way to unload it at your dock.
Plan on it. OSHA rule 1910.178 covers tractors, motorized hand trucks and other powered industrial trucks, and it requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. Your facility decides how that applies to your team. At minimum, walk each operator through the dead man throttle, the emergency stop and the speed switch before the first run.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
