The Porto Mobility Lift Power Kit is an external lithium battery with its own charger for the Elevon and Stron lifts. It gives the lift a power supply of its own, so the Elevon no longer has to draw from the wheelchair's joystick connection. The Rovan already has a built in battery and does not need it.
The kit pairs an external lithium battery with a charger, and it is made for two Porto lifts, the Elevon telescopic rail lift and the Stron hoist. With the kit connected, the lift runs from its own battery, and you recharge that battery between uses with the included charger.
Porto does not publish a capacity, voltage or weight for the kit itself. If you need those numbers before you order, call us and we will get them for you.
The Elevon takes its power from the power chair as standard, so the kit matters most to Elevon owners whose chair lacks the right connection or who want to keep the chair's charge for the trip. The Stron runs a 24V DC lifting system and accepts the same kit as an independent supply. The Rovan carries a built in 24V 5Ah lithium battery, so it does not use this kit.

The Lift Power Kit is covered by Porto Mobility's standard warranty, since Porto does not list separate terms for it. Those standard terms cover batteries and electronics for 1 year.
Porto does not cover damage from abuse, such as taking it through deep water or dropping it. When a covered part fails, Porto sends the replacement part and connects you with a local service provider for the repair. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will take the claim to Porto's technical team for you.

We do not work with Medicare and we do not bill private insurance directly. Some private plans will reimburse you after you buy, so it is worth calling your insurer to ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

The Lift Power Kit ships from Porto Mobility. Porto quotes delivery in about 1 to 5 business days for models in stock, and we email you the expected ship date after you order. If you need it by a certain day, call us before you buy and we will check the timing.
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it comes back in new condition in its original boxes with all of its parts. A 15% restocking fee applies. You prepay the return shipping, and the original shipping charges are not refunded, so keep the boxes until you are sure. Items sold as open box cannot be returned.

No. The Rovan has a built in 24V 5Ah lithium battery that charges in 6 to 8 hours, so it already runs on its own power.
Recharge it after use with the charger that comes in the kit, and keep it charged before a trip so the lift is ready when you arrive. We can share Porto's care guidance by phone.
The kit is made for the Porto Elevon and Porto Stron lifts. It powers the lift without changing its rating, so the Elevon still carries up to 70 lbs and the Stron up to 220 lbs.
Porto Mobility designs and sells folding power wheelchairs, lightweight folding mobility scooters and portable chair lifts. Its Ranger chairs fold small enough for a car trunk or SUV cargo area, on carbon fiber or aluminum alloy frames depending on the model, and Porto publishes a weight capacity for each chair, scooter and lift.
Porto's standard warranty covers the frame for 3 years and the electronics and batteries for 1 year, and some models carry different terms. I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
