The Pony Express 1032 Motorized Platform Carts comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

Two 12 volt 44 Ah AGM batteries give about 8 hours of operation and recharge in about 4 hours. The internal charger runs on 120 or 240 VAC and is UL, cUL and CE listed. It is the same pack as the 1,000 lb Pony Express carts, so there is no bigger battery to maintain.
Speed is variable from 0 to 1.5 mph on the low setting and 0 to 3 mph on the high setting. The operator adjusts it with ergonomic controls on the handle.
Regenerative braking and an automatic holding brake keep the cart secure on slopes, and an electromagnetic parking brake holds it when parked. A keyed power switch, horn and emergency stop are on the handle.
Center wheel drive lets the 1032 make tight turns in narrow aisles even under a full load. The deck sits 11.5 in off the floor and has a non-skid surface with curved corners and full wrap around bumpers.
The drive wheel is non-marking and puncture proof, and the cart runs under 65 dBA. Foam-filled tires and full wrap around bumpers are part of a build designed for demanding environments.
The rated operating range is 0 to 40 C, which is 32 to 104 F. Charging is rated from minus 23 to 60 C, about minus 9 to 140 F. Below freezing is outside the operating range, so check any cold room route first.
It can. As a general rule, OSHA 1910.178 covers motorized hand trucks and other powered industrial trucks and requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. Whether that applies to your site is the employer's decision, so check with your safety lead before the cart goes into service.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
