This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which are covered for 1 year by their manufacturer.
After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

A platform lift on a trailer hitch needs a vehicle rated for at least 500 lb of tongue weight, which rules out sedans and hatchbacks.
Yes. The throttle lever can be placed on either the right or the left side. Ask for the left side setup when you buy so it is fitted before the scooter reaches you.
Getting caught in rain now and then or riding through a puddle is fine, but avoid setting out when rain is forecast. Riding in snow and ice is not recommended. Cold weather is fine for riding, though it takes a toll on battery health over time. Very strong winds can make any scooter unstable.
Nearly. It arrives almost fully assembled with the batteries already installed and partly charged, boxed on a crate with tie downs. Cut the box and tie downs, roll it off and top up the tires, which may have had some air let out for transit. The charger comes with it.
No. Medicare generally does not pay for heavy duty and recreational class scooters. Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare and does not bill private insurance, so this is a private purchase. If your private plan reimburses you directly, we can provide an invoice for your claim.
EZRaider says you can ride it both in the city and off road, but that road use is subject to local regulations. Its maker presents it for the outdoors and urban areas. Rules for riding on streets, bike lanes and sidewalks vary by state and city, so check with your state DMV and local police before you ride on public roads.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
