MIA vehicles are covered by a manufacturer warranty from Mia Dynamics Inc. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and begins on the date of purchase. Vehicles are covered for 12 months or up to 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts with serial numbers are covered for 12 months, while non-serial parts are covered for 30 days. Labor is not included and is the customer’s responsibility.
To qualify for warranty coverage, vehicles and serial-numbered parts must be registered. Units shipped directly from MIA are registered automatically. Units purchased through a dealer must be registered by the customer, and the unit must have 50 miles or less to be considered new.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, damage from accidents, misuse, extreme weather, unauthorized modifications, software tampering, or use of non-genuine parts. Any modification that allows the unit to exceed 25 MPH will void the warranty.

The MIA FOUR 4x4 includes a 12-month limited warranty. During this period, if any parts need to be replaced, we will provide and ship these parts to you at no extra cost.
Please note, that this warranty does not cover the labor costs for fitting these parts.
It also does not cover normal wear and tear on parts like tires, or damages that happen because of accidents or improper use. If your scooter arrives damaged from transit and is completely unusable, we will replace it. However, if the damage does not render the scooter totally unusable, the warranty does not cover the labor costs for repairs. You can always purchase replacement parts at any time, and we will ship them to you. The warranty begins immediately following purchase.After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.

Yes, it runs in 2x4 or 4x4 mode. Range is up to 75 miles in 2x4 mode and up to 60 miles in 4x4, so use two wheel drive on pavement to go further and 4x4 for sand, dirt and steep ground. A 7200W motor system supplies the power.

It is rated for inclines up to 30 degrees. With 4x4 drive, a double wishbone suspension and wheels that tilt to stay in contact with the ground, it is built for mountains, forests, beaches, rocks, dirt and sand. Front and rear dual hydraulic disc brakes with 5.5 in discs handle the way down.
About 8 hours from fully empty. The 4.5A charger adds roughly 4.5Ah per hour to the 35Ah battery. The battery weighs 23.15 lb.
It carries riders up to 330 lb. The X4 itself weighs 110 lb and rides on 15 in wheels for stability and grip on rough ground.
The X4 pairs with a Rider App that tracks ride data such as speed and battery life. It also adds theft protection for when the vehicle is parked and a navigation feature that guides you to your destination and shows spots nearby.
MIA does not list the X4 as a one hand vehicle. You ride it standing, steer with the handlebars and stop with front and rear dual hydraulic disc brakes. If you can use only one hand, call us before you buy and we will talk through the controls with you.
The X4 weighs 110 lb and measures 49 in long and 27.48 in wide, folding down to 17.7 in high for storage. It will not fit in most car trunks but fits most pickup truck beds with a ramp. A platform lift on a trailer hitch needs a vehicle rated for at least 500 lb of tongue weight.
Getting caught in light rain or riding through a puddle is fine, but avoid setting out when rain is forecast. Riding in snow and ice is not recommended. Cold weather is fine, though it shortens range and takes a toll on battery health over time. Dual LED headlights with integrated tail and brake lights help in low light.
No. Medicare generally does not pay for heavy duty and recreational class scooters. Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare and does not bill private insurance, so this is a private purchase. If your private plan reimburses you directly, we can provide an invoice for your claim.
MIA does not certify the X4 as street legal. US units are limited to 25 mph, and MIA leaves it to each rider to follow state and local laws. Check the rules for roads, bike lanes, sidewalks and trails where you live before you ride there.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
