We are so pleased with the Scoota Trailer we ordered through Heavy Duty Mobility. We dealt with Raphael who could not have be nicer and more helpful. He stayed in close contact letting me know when the manufacturer received the order, when it was complete and when it shipped. The customer service was second to none.
