The GoRide 2 is built on an aluminum frame and weighs about 40 pounds before you add the batteries. It folds down to roughly 29 inches long and 12 inches wide in a few seconds, so it slides into a car trunk or a closet without a struggle. When you reach your destination you unfold it and go.
A rider-operated joystick handles everything. Push it the way you want to travel and the two 250-watt motors do the rest, moving you forward, in reverse, and turning in place. The controls sit within easy reach and stay simple to learn, which makes the GoRide 2 a friendly choice for first-time power chair users.
The chair runs on a 48-volt lithium battery, and a second battery comes with it. Each one charges in about one and a half to two hours. You can leave one on the charger and slip the spare into a bag, then swap it in when the first runs low. Range depends on rider weight and terrain, and the wheelchair reaches up to 3.7 miles per hour.
This bundle pairs the wheelchair with the SuperHandy powered seat lift cushion. It sits on a regular chair, couch, or bench, and a wireless remote inflates it to give you a gentle boost as you rise. It supports up to 400 pounds and also offers a softer comfort mode for everyday sitting. The lift module is light and packs away easily, so it can travel with you.
Twelve-inch pneumatic rear tires and seven-inch solid front wheels smooth out sidewalks, store aisles, and pavement, and the chair climbs gentle inclines up to about 9 degrees. An electromagnetic brake holds you steady when you stop, and a motor lock switch lets a helper push the chair by hand if you ever need it. Some private plans reimburse you outside of the Medicare framework. The best way to find out is to call your insurer and ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

Read the owner manual fully before your first ride or use. Charge the battery as the manual describes and store it charged. Stay within the rated weight capacity and operate at a safe speed for the space you are in.
Use only the charger supplied with the electric wheelchair. Charge indoors on a hard surface away from anything flammable and do not leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Keep the battery dry and out of extreme heat or cold.
Yes. The GoRide 2 uses a single joystick that you push in the direction you want to go. It moves forward, backs up, and turns in place, so tight rooms and store aisles stay manageable. Most new riders feel comfortable after a short practice in an open space.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
