Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

Yes. The e-Quad XL seats two adults side by side, each on a 17 in wide seat, with seat belts and passenger handlebars so the passenger has something to hold. The 500 lb rating is the total for both riders plus anything in the baskets.
Yes, two. A jumbo front shopping basket handles large shopping runs, and there is a rear basket as well. RMB also offers fabric baskets in other colors and an ice cooler as add-ons. Keep riders and cargo together within 500 lb.
Up to 15 mph from a 48V 800W brushless wheel motor. A 2-speed switch sets the top speed at 8 mph or 15 mph, and you drive with a twist grip throttle and a reverse switch. The hand brake cuts motor power when pulled and doubles as a parking brake.
RMB rates it at up to 15 miles on a 48V 20Ah sealed lead acid battery, about 960 Wh. RMB notes that range varies with terrain, weight and driving style, so two riders, hills and steady 15 mph riding will shorten it.
Plug the included 48V external charger into a 110V to 240V outlet. A full charge takes 6 to 8 hours. The sealed lead acid batteries are maintenance-free and usually last around 2 years of regular use. Dual USB ports charge a phone or tablet on the go.
RMB designed it for shopping runs, gated communities, golf courses and hotel grounds. Four coil springs over hydraulic shocks smooth out bumps, and ground clearance is 5 in at the skid plate and 3 in at the differential, so take curbs and rough spots slowly. Check local rules before riding on any road.
It is 57 in long, 36 in wide and 44 in high with the bench upright, and weighs 255 lb. The handlebars fold for transport in an RV, but it will not fit most car trunks. It fits most pickup beds with a ramp, and RMB offers an e-Quad carrier and a custom tow mount.
Yes. A tow hitch comes standard, and RMB sells a Multi-Tote cargo trailer and a Tag-A-Long passenger trailer for it. Other add-ons include a sun shade umbrella with a summer mist cooling kit and a cell phone holder.
Very little. With standard delivery it comes almost fully assembled with the batteries installed and enough charge to ride it indoors. You cut open the box and tie-downs, roll it off the crate and top up the tires to no more than 50 psi.
Heavy Duty Mobility does not work with Medicare or bill insurance, so this is a private purchase. Medicare Part B generally covers a scooter only when it is medically necessary for use in the home, with a written order from a treating provider, through an enrolled supplier. Many heavy duty and recreational scooters like this one do not qualify.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
