It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

You choose at order time between a 48 VDC, 100 Ah deep cycle AGM pack and a 48 VDC, 120 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack. Both pair with the same monitoring system, which gives audible and visual alerts before the pack runs low.
It runs up to 8 hours per charge and recharges in about 90 minutes, less than half the 4 hour recharge of the DC Pony Express models. The external charger works on 85 to 270 VAC single phase power and is UL, cUL and CSA listed.
A jog button inches the tugger into the hitch, so one operator can line up and couple a heavy cart without pushing the machine by hand. A wide range of hitch options lets it move different cart styles.
A 48V AC Vector Power transaxle rated at 1.7 kW, which holds its torque across the whole speed range. It turns 12 by 3 in molded rubber drive wheels on solid cast iron rims, and the tires are puncture proof and non marking.
Speed is variable from 0 to 1.5 mph in the low setting and 0 to 3 mph in the high setting, forward and reverse. Regenerative braking, an automatic electromagnetic holding brake for inclines and an emergency stop keep the operator in control, and the ergonomic handle uses thumb wheel controls.
Yes. The battery management system has Bluetooth and an app that shows battery status on a smartphone, which helps manage a fleet. The tugger itself gives visual and audible alerts when the pack should be recharged.
It is built for warehouses, factories and other high use indoor settings. It is rated to operate from 0 to 40 C, which is 32 to 104 F, carries an IP42 rating with an IP54 controller, and runs at under 65 dBA.
The tugger is 52 in long and 30 in wide. It ships packed at 72 by 48 by 65 in with a shipping weight of 1,800 lb, so plan for a way to unload it at your dock. It is built in the USA with a welded, powder coated steel frame.
Plan on it. OSHA rule 1910.178 covers tractors, motorized hand trucks and other powered industrial trucks, and it requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. Your facility decides how that applies to your team. At minimum, walk each operator through the thumb wheel controls, the jog button, the emergency stop and the speed ranges before the first run.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
