The 0244-505 gravity roller conveyor top replaces the flat deck on a Pony Express 1050-EL motorized electric lift cart with a bed of free spinning rollers. Bring the deck up to the height of a conveyor line, a packing table or a machine infeed and the load rolls straight across on its own, with nothing more than a nudge from the operator.
Rollers run in one direction, along the length of the bed, and that is exactly what you want when the cart is feeding or unloading a fixed line. A tote, a case or a fixture leaves the cart and joins the line at the same height, so nobody lifts it across the gap and nobody drags it. Compared with the ball transfer top, which lets a load move in any direction, the roller top gives you a straight and controlled handoff every time.
The top is built for the 1050-EL, whose usable platform is 43.5 in long and 23 in wide and whose deck travels from 18.5 in off the floor up to 64 in. Electro Kinetic Technologies makes it to order in Germantown Wisconsin. EKT does not publish a separate load rating or roller spacing for the top, so tell us the weight and the base of what you are moving and we will confirm the right build with the factory. The cart itself is rated at 1,000 lb on a flat surface.

It turns the deck into a short roller conveyor. Raise the deck to the height of the line you are feeding and the load rolls off along the rollers instead of being lifted or dragged across. Gravity and a light push do the work.

It is for the handoff between a cart and a fixed line. The lift brings the load level with the conveyor, packing table or machine infeed, and the rollers let the operator push it straight across. Nobody lifts the load over the gap, which is where most of the strain and most of the dropped parts come from.
Rollers move a load in one direction, along the bed. Ball transfers move it in any direction, including sideways and rotating in place. Pick the roller top when you always hand off to the same line, and the ball transfer top 0244-500 when loads have to be turned or positioned.
It is made for the 1050-EL and its 43.5 in by 23 in usable platform. Ordering it with a new cart is the simplest route. For a cart already in service, send us the serial number and we will get a retrofit answer from EKT before you order.
EKT does not publish a rating for the top on its own, and the cart is rated at 1,000 lb on a flat surface. Tell us the weight and the footprint of what you move and we will confirm the configuration with the factory.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
