The Pony Express 1032-4000 is a heavy-duty motorized platform cart from Electro Kinetic Technologies built to move loads up to 4,000 lbs across warehouses, manufacturing floors, and distribution centers. It carries the same large 52 in by 34.5 in deck as the rest of the 1032 family, with a 44 Ah AGM battery pack and drive package matched to the 4,000 lb rating. Operators walk behind the cart and steer it with simple forward and reverse controls, so one person can relocate pallets, equipment, and bulk inventory without a forklift.
A center wheel drive system gives the 1032-4000 a tight turning radius for easy maneuvering in narrow aisles and around tight corners. Puncture proof, non-marking foam-filled tires run smoothly over warehouse floors and never go flat. The maintenance free AGM batteries deliver up to 8 hours of operation on a charge and refill from the on-board UL and cUL listed smart charger, so the cart is ready for full shifts.
Safety and durability are built in. The all-steel welded frame wears a powder coated finish and full wrap-around bumpers, the non-skid platform has curved corners, and the cart includes a keyed power switch, horn, emergency stop, battery level indicator, electromagnetic parking brake, and an automatic holding brake that locks the cart on inclines. The 1032-4000 runs on a 44 Ah AGM deep cycle battery pack. On a full charge it delivers up to 8 hours of operation, and the pack is maintenance free for reliable daily use.

It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
