The Outrider Coyote includes a 2-year warranty covering remote shop labor and replacement parts for all non-wearable mechanical and electrical components. This warranty ensures that during the coverage period, any necessary repairs or replacements of qualifying components will be handled without additional cost for parts or remote labor. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear items, such as tires and brakes, or damages resulting from accidents, improper use, or negligence. Additionally, if your wheelchair arrives damaged in transit and is completely unusable, we will replace it at no cost. For less severe transit damage that does not render the wheelchair unusable, repairs will be made under the warranty, excluding coverage for on-site labor. Replacement parts for non-warranty repairs are available for purchase at any time, and we will ship them to you. The warranty begins immediately upon purchase.

The Coyote is rated for a 300 lb rider, or 350 lb including cargo. The seat sits on a 16 by 16 in platform, tilts forward and back and slides up to 6 in to suit your height. The footrest extends another 5 in by loosening two screws.
Yes. It drives with a thumb throttle on the handlebar that also works reverse, so it can be run with one hand, including by left handed riders. The brakes apply automatically when you let go of the throttle, which can feel abrupt at first but most riders adjust quickly.

At 62 in long, 34 in wide and 220 lb, the Coyote will not fit most car trunks, but it fits most pickup beds with a ramp. Without a pickup, a platform lift on a trailer hitch is the usual choice, and the vehicle needs a tongue weight rating of at least 500 lb.
Rules vary by state and city, so check locally. Power wheelchair users are generally treated as pedestrians, and businesses must allow wheelchairs in areas open to pedestrians. On sidewalks, use a low power setting and a safe speed around other people.
Getting caught in rain or crossing a puddle is fine, and the Coyote can ford streams up to 3 in deep, but avoid planned trips in heavy rain. Snow and ice are not recommended. Cold weather is fine to ride in but wears on battery health, and hot sun is not a problem for the chair.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated.
