I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. After talking to Raphael I felt a much more comfortable about the idea of having a scooter shipped all across the country am in Seattle WA. The scooter arrived,in shipping and had a torn seat. Ops Raphael took care of the problem got me a new seat ASP negotiated with the makers of my scooter.for me. Couple months into having my scooter. I had an issue with the wheel making a noise.. Called my dealer Raphael he worked tirelessly negotiating with the maker of the Scooter to make sure the issue got fixed . Would’ve loved not to have any issues with my new scooter, but knowing Raphael was on my side, helping me anytime there was an issue to get the problem fixed was a huge blessing. Raphael Perlmann Has restored my faith in Customer service . So many companies sell your product and then they don’t care they got their money ! Not that way at heavy mobility scooters store . This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. There was no pressure, just suggestions I appreciate people who don't pressure you into buying something.
I bought a mobility scooter for my upcoming vacation. I needed something to take me over grass. The staff at heavydutymobility.com were more than patient, guiding me with all my endless questions with endless patience! The scooter itself is from the Afiscooters brand, which was recommended and so far, so good.
