The Passport Pro folds down in one step, so you can lift it into a trunk or tuck it into a closet in seconds. It weighs about 47 pounds with a battery and seat, and the bare frame is close to 37 pounds. Because the two batteries snap right out, you can carry the scooter and the batteries separately and lighten the load even more. The dual battery design is airline friendly, which makes it a good fit for anyone who flies.
This bundle adds an upgraded seat for more support on longer outings. The handlebars and seat both adjust for height, so the scooter fits taller and shorter riders alike. Some private plans reimburse you outside of the Medicare framework. The best way to find out is to call your insurer and ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

Read the owner manual fully before your first ride or use. Charge the battery as the manual describes and store it charged. Stay within the rated weight capacity and operate at a safe speed for the space you are in.
Use only the charger supplied with the mobility scooter. Charge indoors on a hard surface away from anything flammable and do not leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Keep the battery dry and out of extreme heat or cold.
Yes. You steer with the handlebars and control your pace with the thumb throttle, so it feels natural within a few minutes. The four wheel base stays planted through turns, and you can set a comfortable speed up to 3.7 miles per hour. Height adjustable handlebars help you find a relaxed grip.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
