The Passport Pro is made for people who want to keep moving without wrestling a heavy scooter. It folds in one step and weighs about 47 pounds, which is light enough to load into a car on your own or hand off to a driver. Folded down to roughly 40 inches long, it slides into most trunks and fits the size many airlines accept for checked mobility devices.
Every Passport Pro comes with two 48V lithium batteries instead of one. Each battery gives you up to 6.5 miles and recharges in about an hour and a half. Because they lift right out, you can keep one on the charger at home and drop a fresh one in before you head out. On a full day of errands or sightseeing, that spare battery is the difference between cutting a trip short and finishing it.
The padded half back seat and the handlebars both adjust for height, so you can set a position that feels right whether you are five feet tall or over six. A thumb pad on the right handle controls speed up to 3.7 mph, and a separate control handles reverse at a gentle 1.5 mph. Steering stays light and the turning is tight enough for stores, hallways, and narrow sidewalks.
Four wheels give the Passport Pro a planted, steady feel that many riders prefer over a three wheel scooter. Front suspension and solid flat free tires keep the ride smooth over cracks and thresholds, and the tires never go flat or need air. A manual brake on the handlebar brings you to a controlled stop whenever you need it.

The scooter ships with two swappable 48V batteries, a wall charger, and a nylon storage bag. A spare 48V 2Ah battery is the most useful add on if you want extra range or a backup that charges while you ride. The seat and handlebar heights already adjust without extra parts, so most riders are set with what comes in the box. Most powered mobility and equipment products do not meet the strict medical device rules that Medicare and Medicaid use, so they rarely qualify. We do not work with Medicare and we do not bill private insurance directly.
Some private plans reimburse you outside of the Medicare framework. The best way to find out is to call your insurer and ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

Read the owner manual fully before your first ride or use. Charge the battery as the manual describes and store it charged. Stay within the rated weight capacity and operate at a safe speed for the space you are in.
Use only the charger supplied with the mobility scooter. Charge indoors on a hard surface away from anything flammable and do not leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Keep the battery dry and out of extreme heat or cold.
Yes. You steer with the handlebars and press the thumb pad on the right to go. Ease off and the scooter slows to a stop on its own. A separate control lets you back up at a gentle 1.5 mph. Most riders feel confident within a few minutes on a driveway or a quiet path.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
