A lightweight folding travel scooter with two 48V batteries for up to 11 miles of range and room for riders up to 330 pounds.
The Passport Plus carries two 48V 2Ah lithium batteries instead of one. Each battery covers about 5.5 miles, so you have around 11 miles of range for the day. When the first battery runs low you switch to the fresh one and keep going. That extra reach takes the worry out of longer trips to the store, the park, or a family visit.
The whole scooter weighs about 52 pounds and folds into compact sections. The heaviest piece is close to 32 pounds, so it is easier to lift into a trunk or the back of an SUV. A quiet brushless motor keeps the ride smooth and needs very little upkeep over time.
You sit on a padded faux leather seat with armrests that adjust to fit you. The handlebar tilts to a comfortable angle and the controls stay easy to read and reach. A tote bag comes included so you can bring a jacket or a few groceries along for the ride.
Three 8 inch solid rubber tires roll over sidewalks, store aisles, and packed paths and never need air. The aluminum frame keeps the weight down while staying sturdy under a 330 pound load. A tight 31 inch turning radius helps you move through doorways and around tables with room to spare.

The Passport Plus is rated for riders up to 330 lb. The padded faux leather seat is 17.3 in wide with armrests that adjust to fit you, and the handlebar tilts to a comfortable angle. Do not ride over the rated weight.
The Passport Plus comes with two 48V 2Ah lithium batteries. You ride on one until it runs low, then switch to the fresh one. Each covers about 5.5 miles, so together you get up to 11 miles. Charge each battery from a standard home outlet.
Yes. You tilt the handlebar to a comfortable angle and use simple thumb controls to move forward or back, up to 4.6 mph. The 31 in turning radius makes it easy to steer through doorways and around furniture.
In most cases, yes. It folds into compact sections about 27.5 in long, 24 in wide and 16.9 in tall, which slides into most car trunks and the back of an SUV. The whole scooter weighs about 52 lb, and the heaviest piece is near 32 lb.
Its batteries are within the federal size limit. Each 48V 2Ah lithium pack holds about 96 Wh. Federal rules allow a removable mobility aid battery up to 300 Wh in the cabin, plus spares up to 160 Wh each, and airlines may ask for 48 hours notice. Confirm with your airline before you fly.
Yes, on sidewalks, store floors and packed paths in dry weather. The three 8 in solid rubber tires have an all-terrain tread and never go flat, so cracks and small bumps are fine. It is not made for heavy rain, so keep it dry and wipe it down after a light shower.
Yes, on the surfaces it is built for. As a general rule a 3-wheel scooter turns more tightly, while a 4-wheel scooter is steadier on slopes and uneven ground. The Passport Plus suits sidewalks, store aisles and packed paths. Take slopes slowly and head straight up rather than across.
The Passport Plus comes with two 48V 2Ah batteries, a charger, a clip-on tote bag for a jacket or a few groceries, and a quick start guide. A spare 48V 2Ah battery is the most useful add-on if you want more range, since it swaps in the same way.

We recently purchased a power wheel chair and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The pricing was fair, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and looking forward to working together again!
Super helpful team in helping us make a decision. We needed a scooter that we could modify to carry our 2 Jack Russell’s at trials. This scooter worked out perfectly. Please let them help you. I’m sure there are bigger companies, but I felt we got such personal attention. It was an amazing experience. Delivery was just a few days. Remarkable!
Very good experience and serious. It's great to see their availability and responsiveness.
I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.
Raffeal made my experince ordering my GIO enclosed electric scooter great and kept me up with tracking date/time of delivery. He was patient and demostrated care and great customer service.

We are so pleased with the Scoota Trailer we ordered through Heavy Duty Mobility. We dealt with Raphael who could not have be nicer and more helpful. He stayed in close contact letting me know when the manufacturer received the order, when it was complete and when it shipped. The customer service was second to none. It was obvious in all communications with Raphael that he genuinely cared that our son's needs were met with this trailer for his new powerchair. I highly recommend going through Heavy Duty Mobility when ordering equipment for yourself or your handicapped loved ones.

Heavy Duty Mobility did a fine Job matching me up with the besr mobility scooter to meet my needs. The Afikim S-3 is a high quality piece of equipment. It operates as advertised. It maintains it's speed while ascending the hills in the small town, where I live. Heavy Duty Mobility was by my side throughout the entire purchase process. Even after I took delivery of the fine S-3 scooter and needed to have questions answered about the machine. Jon Fisher Cedarville, MI
Recently purchased a mobility scooter for a family member and my experience could not have been more positive. I spoke with Raphael on the phone and via text a number of times. He was enormously knowledgeable and helpful. Scooter arrived quickly and was just as expected.
I was looking for a scooter for my mother. I researched it online and found some sites that were selling the scooter for the same price. Heavy duty mobility was willing to beat the price as they had a 5% discount. They were also. Extremely kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and what they did not know. They contacted the company to find out and got back to me the same day. They kept me in the loop with shipping and also reached out to me to confirm receipt and to make sure everything was correct and working properly. Very impressed

Ops Raphael took care of the problem got me a new seat ASP negotiated with the makers of my scooter.for me. Couple months into having my scooter. I had an issue with the wheel making a noise.. Called my dealer Raphael he worked tirelessly negotiating with the maker of the Scooter to make sure the issue got fixed . Would’ve loved not to have any issues with my new scooter, but knowing Raphael was on my side, helping me anytime there was an issue to get the problem fixed was a huge blessing. This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. There was no pressure, just suggestions I appreciate people who don't pressure you into buying something.
I bought a mobility scooter for my upcoming vacation. I needed something to take me over grass. The staff at heavydutymobility.com were more than patient, guiding me with all my endless questions with endless patience! The scooter itself is from the Afiscooters brand, which was recommended and so far, so good.
Very pleased with the advice and help in getting a mobility scooter. I can't walk very far anymore and needed a reliable machine, not a cheaply-made one. Staff were very assistive.
I was helped by Emily in an exemplary way. They don't forget about you and offer very good support on how to use your scooter. Thanks, Emily, 5 stars!
Very helpful staff. They know their scooters. I ended up getting an Afiscooter model and am very pleased.
