The GoRide 2 weighs about 40 pounds without its batteries and folds down to roughly 29 by 12 by 29 inches. That makes it easy to lift into a trunk, store in a closet, or bring along on a trip. The high-grade aluminum frame keeps the weight low without feeling flimsy.
The seat measures 18.5 inches wide with a thick high-density foam cushion and a reinforced backrest. That gives most riders room to settle in and stay comfortable through errands, appointments, and afternoons out. The upright seating position keeps you supported the whole way.
An omni-directional joystick lets you go forward, reverse, and turn in place with one hand. A motor lock switch holds the chair still when you want it to stay put, and the electromagnetic brakes stop smoothly. Anti-tip wheelie bars come included to help keep the chair level.
Each 48V 2Ah lithium battery covers up to 4 miles and recharges in about 1.5 to 2 hours. Two batteries come in the box, so you can carry a spare and roughly double your distance. All-terrain tires and dual 250W motors handle sidewalks, ramps, and gentle inclines up to about 9 degrees.

Some private plans reimburse you outside of the Medicare framework. The best way to find out is to call your insurer and ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.
Notice to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Medicare pays for equipment only when the supplier has a Medicare supplier number. Heavy Duty Mobility does not have one, so Medicare will not pay for anything we sell you. You are personally and fully responsible for payment.

Read the owner manual fully before your first ride or use. Charge the battery as the manual describes and store it charged. Stay within the rated weight capacity and operate at a safe speed for the space you are in.
Use only the charger supplied with the electric wheelchair. Charge indoors on a hard surface away from anything flammable and do not leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Keep the battery dry and out of extreme heat or cold.
Yes. The joystick moves the chair forward, back, and side to side, and it turns in place so you can handle doorways and tight rooms. Most riders feel comfortable within a few minutes. The motor lock switch keeps the chair from rolling when you are getting on or off.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
