The Pony Express 1061-HD Electric Powered Tugger comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

A tugger is a walk behind power unit that hitches to a cart and pulls it. The 1061-HD moves carts, racks and bins through warehouses, hospital corridors, labs and back of house aisles without a forklift or a second person, using a high torque 24 volt motor.
It is rated for 2,000 lb on a flat surface. It can climb a 30 degree incline with de-rated load capacity, so size the tugger to your heaviest loaded cart and your steepest ramp, not the flat floor rating alone.
It has lockable, adjustable hitch hooks with gas shocks and corrosion resistant nickel plating for a quick, secure connection. Hitch reach adjusts from 39 to 54 in, so one tugger fits carts of different lengths.
The 35 Ah AGM deep cycle battery gives about 8 hours of operation. It recharges in about 4 hours from the onboard UL listed charger on any 120 or 240 VAC outlet, and battery indicator lights show the charge.
Speed is variable from 0 to 1.5 mph on the low setting and 0 to 3 mph on the high setting, chosen with high and low speed switches on the handle.
Dead man operation brings the unit to a controlled stop when the operator removes their hands from the controls. There is also a belly button emergency stop, regenerative braking, an electromagnetic parking brake and an automatic holding brake that parks the load on an incline.
Yes. The foam filled puncture proof tires never go flat and leave no marks on finished floors, and running noise is under 65 dBA. The rated operating range is 0 to 40 C, which is 32 to 104 F, and the body is rated IP 42.

It can. As a general rule, OSHA 1910.178 covers tractors, motorized hand trucks and other powered industrial trucks and requires that only trained and authorized operators use them. I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
