This is the genuine 40 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack for the Electro Kinetic Technologies Pony Express 1061-HD lithium electric tugger. It is the same hot-swappable pack the tugger ships with, so you can keep a charged spare on the shelf and swap it in seconds for true 24/7 operation.
The pack is the lithium upgrade over the standard 35 Ah AGM battery. LiFePO4 chemistry runs cooler, charges faster, and holds a steady voltage deeper into each shift than sealed lead acid. A full recharge takes less than 3 hours from the external EKT charger on any standard outlet, so a second pack can be ready before the first one runs low.
At under 34 lb the pack is light enough for one operator to lift and lock into place without tools. Built-in Bluetooth lets your team watch the state of charge from a smartphone app, and the tugger gives a visual and audible warning when the pack needs a recharge. The cells carry UN38.3 transport certification for safe shipping.

Yes. It is the factory 40 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack for the 1061-HD lithium model. The same 40 Ah pack also powers the 1061 lithium tugger. It is not a drop-in for the 35 Ah AGM version unless that unit is configured for the lithium battery system, so contact us to confirm before retrofitting.
A full recharge takes less than 3 hours using the external EKT charger, which runs on any 85 to 270 VAC single-phase outlet at 50 or 60 Hz.
The 40 Ah LiFePO4 pack weighs under 34 lb, swaps in seconds, charges in under 3 hours, and holds voltage more steadily across a shift. The AGM pack is heavier and takes roughly 4 hours to recharge.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. There was no pressure, just suggestions I appreciate people who don't pressure you into buying something.
