This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which are covered for 1 year by their manufacturer.
You can also add one extra year of this service as an optional upgrade HERE.
After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

Yes. White glove service is included with this S3. A trained local expert assembles and tests it, charges the batteries, brings it into your home, places it where you want it and goes over how everything works. The batteries come installed, along with a charger and two rearview mirrors.
The Afiscooter S3 is rated for 500 lb as standard and up to 600 lb with the bariatric upgrade. The swivel captain's seat comes in 20 in, 22 in or 24 in widths, and a dual-seat model has a 33 in wide seat. Count everything on the scooter, including bags, toward the limit.
Top speed is 6.2 to 11.2 mph and range is 28 to 37 miles per charge, both depending on the upgrade you choose. A 1,400 W rear-wheel drive motor powers it. Heavy loads, hills, high speed and cold weather shorten the range, and a half speed mode slows it down for crowded places.

It needs 56 in to make a full U-turn and 28 in for a 90 degree turn, which helps in stores, around corners and on busy sidewalks. It is 61 in long and 27 in wide on standard wheels, or 35 in wide with all-terrain golf tires. As a general rule, 3 wheels turn tighter while 4 wheels are steadier on slopes.
Yes. It is rated for a 15 degree incline and has full suspension, large pneumatic tires, 15 in at the front and 16.8 in at the rear, and 5 in of ground clearance for curbs and uneven ground. Golf tires are an option for grass. Climb slopes straight on, not across them.
Yes. It brakes on its own when you let go of the throttle, so one hand can accelerate, steer and stop. The throttle lever can go on the right or the left, and a left speed lever is a listed option. An emergency handbrake lever is there as a backup.
Light rain now and then is fine, but avoid trips when rain is forecast, and do not ride in snow or ice. Cold weather wears on the batteries. An optional canopy and rain sides add cover and bring the height to 65 in, but in very strong wind a canopy can act like a sail.
The single seat model weighs 337 lb with batteries and 234 lb without, so it will not fit in most car trunks. It fits most pickup beds with a ramp. A platform lift on a trailer hitch is the other common choice, and it needs a vehicle rated for a tongue weight of at least 500 lb, which rules out sedans and hatchbacks.

As a general rule, Medicare covers a scooter only when it is medically necessary for use in the home, with a doctor's order and an enrolled supplier, and it generally denies heavy duty class scooters. I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
