The EK Tech Electric Power Scooter is a commercial visitor scooter for hospitals and long term care facilities. Visitors who are temporarily non ambulatory, or who simply cannot manage a long corridor, are the people who fall in your building, and a fall in your building becomes your problem. This scooter gives them a safe motorized way to reach the room they came to visit without leaning on a family member or a handrail.
It is built for facility duty rather than home use. The frame is commercial grade, the platform is durable plastic, and the scooter carries visitors up to 750 pounds. It makes a 180 degree turn in a 6 foot hallway, so it turns around in patient wings and elevator lobbies without a three point shuffle, and non marking tires keep your floors clean.
On board batteries and the charging system give up to 20 hours of continuous operation between charges, so one scooter covers a full day of visiting hours and charges overnight. A safety seat switch means the unit will not operate unless the visitor is seated, which stops it from rolling away when somebody stands to open a door. It also runs quiet, under 45 dB, which matters on a floor where people are sleeping.

Each unit ships by freight carrier on a skid from the EK Tech factory in Wisconsin. Once your order is confirmed we give you the current factory lead time with your quote, and transit typically adds three to seven business days depending on your distance. We coordinate dock delivery or liftgate service with you when the build is scheduled.
Yes. As soon as your unit ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your dock.
The EK Tech Electric Power Scooter carries the standard Electro Kinetic Technologies limited warranty, and we put the exact terms in writing with your quote. It does not cover service or transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, or outdoor storage. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. The warranty is valid for the original buyer with a sales receipt, and any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
