This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which are covered for 1 year by their manufacturer.

After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

That rating comes from its upgraded suspension and strong frame, and it pairs with a 24 in wide seat that swivels for easier getting on and off. Treat 600 lb as the limit for everything on the scooter, including bags, and do not ride over it.
The rated range is 28 to 37 miles, depending on the battery upgrade. It runs on two maintenance-free 12 V batteries of up to 105Ah and charges with the included 8 amp smart charger, which stops once the batteries are full. Treat the top figure as a best case. Heavier loads, hills, full speed riding and cold weather all shorten the distance you get, and cold also wears on battery health.
Top speed is 6.2 to 9.3 mph, or 11 mph with the speed upgrade. It is driven by a 1,400 W rear-wheel drive motor. A half speed mode lets you slow it down for crowded places or while you are still learning to drive it.
Yes. It is rated for an 11 degree (20 percent) incline and rides on pneumatic tires, 12 in at the front and 16.8 in at the rear, with about 5 in of ground clearance. Optional wide golf tires add grip on grass and dirt and bring the width to 35 in. Climb slopes straight on, not across them.
It is 65 in long and 27 in wide on standard wheels, or 35 in wide with the golf tires. The spec sheet lists 45 in to make a 90 degree turn and 90 in for a full U-turn. It suits open spaces like parking lots, large stores and outdoor paths more than tight rooms indoors.
It weighs 342 lb with batteries and 238 lb without, so it will not fit most car trunks. It fits most pickup beds with a ramp. A platform lift on a trailer hitch is the other common choice, and it needs a vehicle rated for a tongue weight of at least 500 lb, which rules out sedans and hatchbacks.
Yes. It brakes on its own as soon as you let go of the throttle, so one hand can accelerate, steer and stop. The throttle lever can sit on the right or the left side, and a left speed lever is a listed option. There is also a half speed mode and an emergency handbrake lever.
Getting caught in light rain or riding through a puddle now and then is fine, but avoid trips when you know it will rain. Snow and ice are not recommended. Cold weather is fine for riding but wears on the batteries. An optional canopy and rain sides add cover, though in very strong wind a canopy can act like a sail.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
