This mobility scooter uses lithium-ion batteries. These batteries are maintenance-free, meaning you don’t need to add water to them or anything like that.
They happily stay under their shroud for the duration of their lifetime and you shouldn’t need to do anything to them at all.

This scooter's seat size is 13" or 18". This is narrower than non travel seats since this is a folding travel scooter and everything is going to be more compact.
The seatback on folding travel scooters is also less comfortable than heavy duty scooters, and this scooter has no armrests.
Since the Triaxe Sport is a folding travel scooter, it is not designed for off-road use, dirt paths and grass.
It will probably be able to cope with short stretches of such terrain but not consistent, prolonged use. This scooter works best indoors, and on paved outdoor surfaces.

If your scooter malfunctions, please contact us.
Sometimes we are able to troubleshoot with you over the phone to fix the issue. In other cases, it’s a matter of shipping out a simple part, say if a knob needs replacing, under warranty conditions.
If necessary and you have an in-home service warranty, we will send out a technician to your home to repair your scooter. The time this is valid for varies according to the plan you purchased in the “Options & Upgrades” section on this page. This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which have a different warranty policy.
Depending on your location, it might take a few days to locate a local technician, arrange an appointment etc. This warranty service is not intended as an emergency breakdown service. If you are stuck and need urgent help, call 911.
Please note, it’s really important we don’t send technicians out for nothing, so to be open with you from the start, we will let you know that if a technician comes out for a problem which isn’t under warranty or was a user error, you may be charged for this visit.
The Triaxe Scooter is issued a 3-year warranty on the frame of the scooter and a 12-month warranty on electrical components. Triaxe Scooters also provides a 6-month warranty on each Lithium-Ion battery. The warranty begins immediately following purchase.
As an upgrade, we offer in-home warranties, where a technician will come to your home to repair your device. You can see these options in the "Options & Upgrades" section. This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which have a different warranty policy.

Though we cannot guarantee for all states and localities, wherever we have put this question to the law enforcement of any particular area, we have always been told that since this mobility scooter is used by and designed for disabled people, it may be ridden on pedestrian sidewalks, as long as this is done within reason.
This means riding at a safe speed where others are around and being considerate of the other users that share the sidewalk.
The Enhance Mobility Triaxe Sport mobility scooter is super easy to drive and control.
Remember, this is a scooter which was designed from scratch for seniors and those with disabilities. It takes into account that you might have slower reaction times and has automatic braking whenever you let go of the throttle.
It also features slow-speed mode for confined areas or whilst you’re building up your driving skills and want to go a little slower.
Acceleration/reverse is achieved by a lever in the handlebars, and braking is automatic when you let go of the brakes.
Due to the safety automatic brakes which kick in every time you let go of the throttle, your driving might seem a little jerky at first, but most people catch on very quickly and learn to use the throttle and brakes in a way that gives a smooth ride.
This scooter uses wig-wag throttle acceleration, meaning you can control it with one hand, without any modifications needed.
This mobility scooter uses maintenance-free batteries which do not need any care until they die, after around 3 years of use.

If you don’t have a trailer hitch on your vehicle, you’ll need to have one installed. The platform lowers right down to road level, you ride the scooter onto the platform, secure the scooter with provided straps and then activate a lift which raises the platform a few feet off the ground. You’ll need a vehicle that can take a max tongue weight of at least 500 lbs, so this won’t work for saloon and hatchback vehicles.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
