The GoRise TX arrives with the charger, the wired remote, and the assembly hardware, so it is ready to use out of the box. Optional side platforms snap onto the base to add extra footing and stability during a transfer. The magnetic remote and foldable armrests are built in and need no add-ons.

Some private plans reimburse you outside of the Medicare framework. The best way to find out is to call your insurer and ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

Read the owner manual fully before your first ride or use. Charge the battery as the manual describes and store it charged. Stay within the rated weight capacity and operate at a safe speed for the space you are in.
Use only the charger supplied with the transfer floor lift. Charge indoors on a hard surface away from anything flammable and do not leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Keep the battery dry and out of extreme heat or cold.
You guide the lift with a simple wired remote that has up and down buttons. The remote clicks onto the column with a magnet so it is always within reach. Position the seat, buckle the safety belt, and press up to raise your loved one to chair or standing height.
Plug the included charger into the lift and a wall outlet. LED indicators tell you when the battery is low and when it is full. If the battery ever runs down mid-use, you can connect the lift straight to AC power at 100 to 240V and keep working.
Yes. The lift rolls on two 3 inch front casters and two 6 inch rear casters, and the lightweight aluminum frame keeps it easy to steer through doorways. Lock the rear brakes whenever you want it to stay put during a transfer.
The GoRise TX supports up to 500 pounds and holds the user with a quick-release safety belt and a sloped seat cushion that resists slipping. The wide adjustable base and locking rear wheels give the lift a stable footing so you can focus on your loved one.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
