The Passport was made to go where you go. It folds flat in under a minute and weighs just 35 pounds, so one person can lift it into a trunk or tuck it in a closet. The lithium battery lifts out in seconds, which means the scooter meets common airline rules for cabin and checked travel. If you spend part of the year away from home or you love a road trip, this is a scooter you can bring along without a lift or a ramp.
You sit on a padded faux-leather seat with a supportive backrest, and the handlebar raises and lowers from 29.5 inches to 35.4 inches so taller and shorter riders both get a natural reach. The tight 31 inch turning radius helps you steer through doorways, store aisles, and around furniture. A front basket comes included for a purse, a water bottle, or a small bag of groceries.
A brushless hub motor and a 48V 2Ah lithium battery move the Passport at up to 3.7 mph, an easy walking pace for sidewalks and indoor floors. One charge covers up to 6.5 miles and takes about 1.5 hours to top off. The battery system is swappable, so you can carry a spare and roughly double your range to around 13 miles on longer days. Solid tires mean no flats and no air pump to worry about.

Federal rules allow a removable mobility aid battery up to 300 Wh in the cabin, plus spares up to 160 Wh each, and airlines may ask for 48 hours notice. Confirm with your airline before you fly.
About 1.5 hours. You can leave the battery on the scooter or lift it out and charge it indoors near an outlet. A full charge covers up to 6.5 miles.
No. The Passport is built for flat, dry surfaces indoors and out, like sidewalks, stores and smooth paths. Its 6.75 in solid tires never go flat and it has 2.5 in of ground clearance, but keep it off deep gravel, sand and heavy rain.
Yes, on the surfaces it is built for. As a general rule a 3-wheel scooter turns more tightly, while a 4-wheel scooter is steadier on slopes and uneven ground. The Passport suits sidewalks, store aisles and smooth paths. Take slopes slowly and head straight up rather than across.
The Passport comes with one swappable 48V lithium battery, the charger, a front-hanging basket and a quick start guide. The most useful add-on is a second battery, and a spare charger helps if you split time between two homes.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated.
