Run the lift on its rechargeable battery for cordless use around the house. When the battery is low, or during a power concern, you can plug the lift into a wall outlet and keep going. This dual power setup gives you a dependable backup when it matters most.
At about 72 lbs the aluminum frame is easy to roll from room to room on its casters. The front swivel wheels steer through doorways, and the whole lift tucks into a corner or closet when it is not in use. One person can reposition it without help.

The lift ships with a quick-release safety belt and a magnetic remote holder. Optional side platforms, sometimes called wings, snap onto the base to give the feet more room during a stand. Some private plans reimburse you outside of the Medicare framework. The best way to find out is to call your insurer and ask. If they say yes, we are happy to provide an invoice and proof of purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

Read the owner manual fully before your first ride or use. Charge the battery as the manual describes and store it charged. Stay within the rated weight capacity and operate at a safe speed for the space you are in.
Use only the charger supplied with the patient transfer lift. Charge indoors on a hard surface away from anything flammable and do not leave a battery charging unattended for long periods. Keep the battery dry and out of extreme heat or cold.
Yes. One caregiver runs the lift with the wired handset. Press up to raise the seat and down to lower it. The remote clips to a magnetic holder on the frame so it stays within reach the whole time.
Plug the charger into the battery pack and a standard wall outlet. A full charge is enough for many lifts through the day. If the battery ever runs low you can plug the lift in and keep working, which is a real help during an emergency.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
