A foldable 4-wheel scooter built for sidewalks, grass, and gravel. It carries up to 350 pounds and runs on two swappable 48V lithium batteries.
The Explorer Prime rides on four solid rubber tires with a deep tread, so smooth mall floors, grassy yards, and gravel paths all feel manageable. The tires never need air and never go flat, which means one less thing to check before you head out. A shock-absorbing setup softens bumps so the ride stays comfortable over rougher ground.
This scooter comes with two 48V lithium batteries and runs on one at a time. When the first runs low you slide in the fresh one and keep moving, so a low charge does not cut your trip short. Each battery is light enough to lift out on its own and charges in about 1.5 to 2 hours. Expect up to about 6 miles of range for a lighter rider and around 4 miles near the full 350 pound load.
The aluminum frame keeps the weight down and folds in two simple steps. The seat lifts off and the batteries pull out, so the heaviest piece you handle is the frame at about 60 pounds. Folded, it measures roughly 39 by 22 by 18 inches and fits in most car trunks and closets.
A high-density padded seat and armrests give you a supported ride, and the handlebar angle adjusts to suit your arms. The control panel sits on the right handlebar with a simple on and off button, three drive modes, and a battery gauge you can read at a glance. Between the cushioned seat and the vibration-reducing tires, longer errands stay easy on the body.

The Explorer Prime is rated for riders up to 350 lb, and that rating covers everything on the scooter, including the basket. The padded seat measures 19 by 18 in with armrests, and the handlebar angle adjusts to your reach. Range is shorter near the full load, so riders near 350 lb should plan on about 4 miles.
Up to 6 miles with a 220 lb rider and about 4 miles at the full 350 lb load. It runs on one 48V battery at a time and comes with a second as a spare, so when the first runs low you slide in the charged one and keep going. Hills, grass and cold weather also cut range.
Yes. Turn it on with the power button or the NFC key, pick one of three drive modes, and press the throttle lever. The harder you press, the faster it goes, up to 5.6 mph, and reverse runs at 2 mph. An electromagnetic brake plus rear disc brakes stop it in under 39 in.

Yes. Its four solid rubber tires have a deep all-terrain tread and never go flat, and it has 3.3 in of ground clearance. It climbs slopes up to 10 degrees (a 17.6 percent grade). Take hills and turns slowly and approach curbs and bumps straight on at low speed.
Each 48V battery lifts out and charges on its own in about 1.5 to 2 hours from a standard wall outlet. The charger accepts 100 to 240V AC. Charge at room temperature in a well ventilated spot away from anything flammable.
Its batteries are within the federal size limit. Each 48V 2.0Ah lithium pack holds about 96 Wh. Federal rules allow a removable mobility aid battery up to 300 Wh in the cabin, plus spares up to 160 Wh each, and airlines may ask for 48 hours notice. Confirm with your airline before you fly.
Light, dry conditions are best. A little moisture is manageable, but avoid heavy rain, deep puddles and standing water, and never leave the batteries or charger out in the wet. Wipe the scooter down and store it somewhere dry.
The Explorer Prime comes with two 48V lithium batteries, a wall charger, a front basket for small bags and groceries, and a quick start guide. The seat and armrests are padded from the factory, and an extra SuperHandy battery can be added for longer days out.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
