Rules depend on your state and city. Mobility scooters are generally not licensed like cars, but a 25 mph three wheel vehicle may be treated differently where you live, and federal low speed vehicle rules only cover four wheel vehicles built to FMVSS 500. About 8 hours from an empty battery with the included 58.8V 4.0A charger, so most owners charge it overnight. The lithium battery is maintenance-free and is rated for a battery life of 2 to 3 years before it needs replacing.
It handles more than smooth pavement. Ground clearance is 8.5 in, it rides on 10 in tubeless tires on aluminum alloy wheels, and it is rated to climb a 30 percent grade. Climb straight up slopes rather than across them, especially when carrying a passenger or a load.
It is 73.2 in long, 28.8 in wide and 43.2 in high, weighs 240 lb and needs an 82 in turning radius, so plan for wide turns. It will not fit in a car trunk and may not fit every pickup bed, so measure first. A platform lift or trailer on a hitch is the usual option.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
