The Pony Express Motorized Linen Carts comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

It is a linen and laundry cart on a powered drive base. Staff steer it with thumb controls on the handle instead of pushing a loaded cart by hand, which lowers the strain of moving heavy linen. The Pony Express MCSC series carries up to 1,500 lb and is built for hospitals, hotels and other facilities.

Overall the carts run 51 to 84 in long, 27.5 or 36.5 in wide and 66 or 72 in high. Measure doors, corridors and elevators on your routes before you pick a size.
Every model in the MCSC series is rated for 1,500 lb. That capacity is the same across all 12 sizes, so you choose the size by shelf space and the routes it must fit through.
The 35 Ah AGM battery gives 8 hours of operation, and a full charge takes about 4 hours. The charger is built into the cart, runs on 120 or 240 VAC and is UL, cUL and CE listed.
Thumb controls on the ergonomic handle give variable speed forward and reverse, from 0 to 1.5 mph on the low setting and 0 to 3 mph on the high setting. The low setting suits busy hallways and tight spaces.
Yes, up to a 15 degree incline. Regenerative dynamic braking slows the cart, and an automatic holding brake stops a loaded cart from rolling back when it pauses on a slope.
Each cart includes a chrome shelving unit with 3 adjustable wire shelves and a blue vinyl cover with a zipper. More shelves can be added to any Pony Express motorized linen cart if you need extra levels.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
