The Electro Kinetic Technologies MCSC-304815-60 Pony Express Motorized Linen Cart moves up to 1,500 pounds of linen, laundry, and supplies through hospitals, hotels, and laundry operations with the press of a thumb control. It carries a wide 30 inch by 48 inch chrome wire shelving unit that stands 60 inches tall, giving a generous footprint for bulk loads while a powered center wheel drive does the pushing so staff never have to muscle a heavy cart by hand.
Three adjustable chrome wire shelves rated for 500 pounds each sit inside a heavy duty powder coated welded steel frame, and a removable blue zippered vinyl cover keeps clean linens protected in transit. The onboard 35 Ah deep cycle AGM battery runs up to 8 hours on a charge and refills in about 4 hours from any 120 or 240 VAC outlet through the UL and cUL listed charger, so the cart is ready for a full shift.
Variable speed control reaches 0 to 3.0 mph in high range and 0 to 1.5 mph in low range, and an automatic holding brake with regenerative braking holds the cart in place on grades up to 15 degrees. Foam filled never flat drive tires, a non skid platform, and full wrap around vinyl bumpers protect both the load and the building. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.
