The Pony Express 1031-SM01 Motorized Mailroom Cart comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and motor. It doesn't cover service/transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, and outdoor use. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. Warranty only valid for original buyer with a sales receipt. Any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

It moves heavy mail, sorted trays and parcels through offices, hospitals, universities and government buildings without staff pushing the load by hand. It comes with two welded baskets for organized transport above a non-skid platform.
The lower deck handles up to 1,500 lb of material. Curved platform corners and wrap around vinyl bumpers help prevent damage to the surroundings along the route.
Speed is variable from 0 to 3 mph, with a high and low speed switch for finer control in busy corridors. Forward and reverse speed are set from the handle.
Deep cycle AGM batteries give about 8 hours of operation. The UL and cUL listed smart charger is on board and runs on 120 or 240 VAC, so the cart charges from a standard outlet and a charge indicator on the handle shows the level.
Center wheel drive with spring suspension gives traction over bumps and inclines. Solid state regenerative braking and an automatic holding brake keep the cart secure on an incline, and the emergency stop and horn sit on the handle.
The tires are non-marking. The foam-filled drive tires are never-flat, and center wheel drive gives a tighter turning radius than front wheel drive carts in hallways and mailrooms.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
