Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

The EZRaider LW has a top speed of 24 mph. Two 1200W rear hub motors, 2400W in total, each drive one rear wheel through their own controller for smooth acceleration. You ride standing, and the low center of gravity keeps it stable at speed.
Up to 30 miles per charge. It runs on a 60 volt lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1,740 Wh. Regenerative braking captures energy as you slow down and feeds it back into the battery.

No. The LW is rear wheel drive. Each rear wheel has its own 1200W hub motor and its own controller, so torque goes directly to each wheel independently.
The steering column folds, bringing the height down from 50 in to 25 in. The scooter stays 63 in long and 26 in wide and weighs 205 lb, so it will not fit in most car trunks. A pickup truck bed with a ramp is the usual way to carry it.
Yes, it is a fully off-road scooter. It has 8.4 in of ground clearance, 120/90-10 tires and a patented steering and suspension system with an adjustable rubber and gas or oil damper. You simply stand on the grip taped deck, then mount and move.
Hydraulic disc brakes on all four wheels, with dual piston calipers and two levers that control the front and rear brakes. Regenerative braking also slows the scooter while recharging the battery.
The throttle lever can be placed on either the right or the left side, which helps riders who only have use of their left hand. Ask for this setup when you place your order, since it is done before the scooter ships.
Nothing in the EZRaider LW's specifications certifies it as a street legal vehicle, and it is sold as a fully off-road scooter. State and local laws decide where it may be ridden, so check the rules for roads, trails and public land before you ride there.
Getting caught in light rain or riding through an occasional puddle is fine, but avoid setting out when you know it will rain. Do not ride on snow or ice. Cold weather is fine for riding, though it is harder on the battery and can shorten its life.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted.
