This includes everything besides wear & tear (such as seat wear, flat tire etc.) and the batteries, which are covered for 1 year by their manufacturer.

After the warranty period, you are still welcome to contact us at any time.
Parts are available through us or the manufacturer, though you will be charged for these.
If you need someone to install parts or for other labor services post-warranty, the same local technicians that repair your scooter under warranty can do so at a charge post-warranty.

The standard seat is 18 in wide, and a 20 in wide seat is offered as an upgrade. The seat swivels so you can turn to get on and off more easily.
The C3 Lithium is rated for up to 28 miles per charge and the top speed is 9.3 mph from a 24V 950W rear wheel drive motor. Treat the range as a best case. Rider weight, hills, cold weather and steady full speed all shorten it, so plan longer trips with some reserve.
The lithium version keeps the C3 design but is lighter, charges faster and needs less battery maintenance than the lead acid version. It holds steadier power on hills and long rides, and the smart charger manages each charge automatically once it is plugged in.
The C3 Lithium is rated for a maximum incline of 9 degrees (16 percent). Climb slopes straight up rather than across them. It has 4 in of ground clearance, 12 in pneumatic tires and front and rear suspension, which smooth out gravel, grass and uneven pavement.
The C3 is 51 in long and 26 in wide with a 50 in turning radius, compact enough for store aisles and indoor commercial spaces as well as outdoor use. As a general rule a 3-wheel scooter turns tighter, while a 4-wheel scooter is steadier on slopes and uneven ground.
Yes. It uses a wig-wag throttle lever, so you can drive forward and reverse with either hand without modifications. The brakes engage automatically when you let go of the throttle, which can feel abrupt at first, and a half speed mode helps in tight spaces or while you learn. It has a headlight and two rearview mirrors.
No. It does not fit the vast majority of car trunks. The C3 weighs 165 lb before the two batteries go in. It does fit most pickup truck beds with a loading ramp. The other common option is a platform lift on a trailer hitch, which needs a vehicle rated for at least 500 lb of tongue weight, so it will not suit most sedans or hatchbacks.
Very little. It comes nearly assembled with the batteries preinstalled, plus a charger and two rearview mirrors. Cut open the box and tie-downs and roll it off the crate. It arrives partly charged, and the tires may have some air let out for transit, so top them up to 1.7 bar before riding.
Not through us. We do not work with Medicare and do not bill private insurance, so the purchase is private pay. Medicare generally denies heavy duty class scooters because their extra capability is not needed in the home. Veterans can ask their VA prosthetics office, and we can provide an invoice if a private plan reimburses buyers.
Getting caught in light rain or rolling through an occasional puddle is fine, but avoid setting out when rain is expected, and do not ride on snow or ice. Cold weather is fine for the scooter, though it shortens range and is harder on the batteries. A canopy is available as an option.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida.
