Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Heavy Duty Mobility Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before applying to the program.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this program.

You must provide accurate and complete information when applying to the program.

Heavy Duty Mobility reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, for any reason.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote Heavy Duty Mobility products through ethical marketing methods, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.

You must not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other applicable advertising laws.

3. Commission and Payment

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate will be specified at the time of approval into the program.

Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has reached the minimum payment threshold of 6%.

Payments will be made via PayPal.

Heavy Duty Mobility reserves the right to change the commission rate or payment terms at any time, with prior notice to the affiliate.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You will receive a unique affiliate link when you are accepted into the program. It is your responsibility to use this link correctly to ensure proper tracking of sales and commission.

Heavy Duty Mobility is not responsible for any lost or incorrectly tracked sales due to improper use of affiliate links.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not use any form of spam or unsolicited messaging to promote Heavy Duty Mobility products.

Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on any search engine keywords, including but not limited to “Heavy Duty Mobility” or any related trademarks.

Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about Heavy Duty Mobility products or engage in any fraudulent activity.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, you will no longer be entitled to earn or receive commissions for any sales generated after the termination date.

Heavy Duty Mobility reserves the right to withhold your final payment if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Heavy Duty Mobility trademarks, logos, and other marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting Heavy Duty Mobility products.

Affiliates must not modify, alter, or use any Heavy Duty Mobility trademarks or marketing materials in any manner that is misleading or harmful to the brand.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heavy Duty Mobility will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with this affiliate agreement.

9. Modification of Terms

Heavy Duty Mobility reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

By applying to and participating in the Heavy Duty Mobility Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
