It is your responsibility to ensure the lift fits your vehicle, is installed safely, and will not cause any damage while driving, especially on highways. Similarly, Heavy Duty Mobility LLC cannot take responsibility if a scooter or lift does not fit into your vehicle, home, or any other space. Please double-check measurements and safety before purchasing or installing any of our products.
Additionally, Heavy Duty Mobility LLC is not liable for any misuse of the vehicles, including using them in ways that the manufacturer did not intend or that are not allowed according to the product manual.
Laws and Regulations
Heavy Duty Mobility LLC cannot take any responsibility or liability for the laws regarding where you are allowed to ride these vehicles, such as on streets, sidewalks, roads, bike paths, etc. It is your responsibility to check with your local police department. We’re happy to assist you in asking the police, but we cannot assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws. Regular return fees will apply if the customer did not check this information before purchasing.
